This isn’t the 1st child w/ cancer deported. A 10-year old w/ brain cancer & her family were apprehended by ICE when she & her family were en route to her cancer treatment. This girl’s not a US citizen. The family applied to return on a humanitarian visa. Don’t know how that turned out.

My apologies. I mean & 4 of her siblings are American citizens. “5 of the 6 children in the Rio Grande Valley family are U.S. citizens, according to the Texas Civil Rights Project, which said most of them were deported…. one of the children has a "serious heart condition," the nonprofit said.”

To be fair, we need the whole story/facts here. it seems the mother decided to be deported with her child. This does not mean I approve of any actions taken by the government, but if she knew the child needed medical treatment, why not leave the child with its father ?
