I wear one in public buildings full of people. I have severe asthma, and have lost a bunch of lung capacity, which makes it hard, but catching a respiratory ailment is a sure fire way to hospitalization.

Still have full lung capacity, even if it doesnt always feel like that, but, yeah, asthma. Don't want to find out what covid does to my lungs, thank you, so mask it is.
Same here– I sure don’t need any respiratory problems, so mask wearing is routine for me too.
