May you interact very carefully nevertheless. Some forms of untreated mental illness can become violent or homicidal in minutes. Is he living in an RV in the camp or does he come in from somewhere else? Was just reading online about Wintering in Wisconsin in an RV- that looks intense.

Have you photographed him, catching his face, by chance yet? That could trigger him though. Wondering about Google 'drop a photo' option to determine his identity to then run his name for criminal records. I guess someone could also get all that by running his plate if they have access to DMV info.

It is a piece of junk. He has been driving it for five years. I only know this because that was when he assaulted a dude at another park. The park is Lake Farm Park hence Lake Farm Karen.
