Very unsurprisingly, DOC appears to be the ?first? agency to mass refire.

So were these the probationary employees who were fired and brought back? I’m wondering how many took the DRP being offered at multiple agencies and how that’ll look. I’m a Fire Manager and I took it. I’m done with the headache. I’ll work for the state.
Unfortunately DOC did not offer a DRPv2.0 like other agencies.
That is terrible. Vile people running this crap show. That’s mostly why I’ll take my chances on the outside.
Retroactive firing? Even in a limited country like USA (country which elected Trump twice…), how is it legal or even possible?
Oh and all hail the Librarian!
Your parenthetical is your answer. :/
FFS 🤦 the aren't subtle are they about firing govt workers or the love of fossil fuels Just the Facts: We were all better off with "Woke / DEI" employees that don't crash economies and abandon allies to Russia
We appreciate you and your work, Zack. Came here from @billmckibben.bsky.social’s newsletter.
Thank you!
There is retroactive firing? I’ve only heard it with pay.
I’m sorry man. That just sounds awful.
