Thanks for this. I hate this person with an unbridled passion, but there is nothing shameful in being a former model. It's the law degree that she's betraying with her willful ignorance and corruption. Related, right-wingers use "former bartender" against AOC all the time, and it makes me furious.

Here, here. As a former (possibly future) server, I agree wholeheartedly. Give us more people in public office who have worked "regular" jobs, interacting with many walks of life, who know how to navigate sticky situations, deal with different kinds of people, and get stuff done.
