None of these people will ever be prosecuted because of presidential pardon power that needs to be amended but will not be amended during this administration. Move on from any fantasies of Trump officials being prosecuted.

A state level crime is prosecutable when federal crimes impact states, in addition having a Trump pardon will be like the Scarlet A on your clothing. In addition a pardon cannot be given for a corrupt purpose, which is why giving one to Maxwell puts trump in crosshairs of any AG he doesn't "control"

There is no prohibition for giving a pardon for a corrupt purpose. The vast majority of Trump's pardons have been for corrupt purposes.

Make it illegal for anyone in Drumpf’s administration, or who was hired to work at any level in the federal government during Drumpf’s occupation of the White House, to be a lobbyist, including serving on corporate boards that hire lobbyists. Make them completely unemployable for big paychecks.
