Side note - very disappointed that there has been no real vision on social / elderly care. How long can we continue to play the ostrich in this and pretend it’s just a money issue?

Strangely how to do things excellently is well understood - neighbourhood cooperative teams who understand and implement health for all, life mapping, Buurtzorg. Why do we continue to jump from one crisis to another and not just sit down together and weave pathways and patterns?
