It's a hot take, but I'd just redraw what we have. - 3 Californias - 4 Texases - Florida Panhandle goes to Alabama where it belongs - 1 Dakota - 1 Carolina - 1 Virginia - All islands (Long, Martha's Vineyard, the Keys, the Outer Banks) plus Michigan's UP join Hawaii - Verhampshire - RhoConnChussets

Also, statehood for DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and either Fiji or Iceland (just cuz it would be cool to visit).
