no i think he will be completely absent from public view for 2-3 days and people will ask "where is he, is he sick" and they'll say "he's working hard and fighting for the american people" days after he's been medically pronounced dead

That would be the competent way to try to pull off fraud. But instead, I think Big Balls will put on a suit with a long tie and a red hat and tons of makeup and make brief appearances showing up on the roof of the White House or in the back of the sedan. All while his account posts non-stop.
