Cant read the article except for the opening sentence: "The magnitude of the cash savings from this summer’s federal tax legislation is starting to take shape at America’s biggest companies." The article is about tax breaks from Congress, not tariffs - none of that goes to companies.

Yeah, it's about the help from the BBB Congress passed, tariffs don't give companies windfalls. It even confirms that the companies help the stock market despite tariff uncertainty.
My point is we're running deficits.. tariffs are supposed to pay for tax cuts according to this admin.. they don't.
