The American products they sell here have to be transported to our area so why not transport Canadian items from Canada? Slap them with fines for lying and remind them who pays more taxes than they do – we the consumer pay more than these businesses do. I am sure we could get more Canadian
products on our shelves in Atlantic Canada if these companies were reminded who pays their fat bonus’s every year. Yes I am angry. I am tired of laws not being applied to these big grocery giants but we the little guys are expected to be law abiding citizens. . I bet if I took a big marker and
pointed out the lies – I would be in jail and fined before the ink was dry on the police officers report. I went on a bit more but not going to post it all here. WE really need to get the federal gov't to help us force these grocers to do the right thing
