1/Atlantic subscriber. Loved the article except for the DEI dig. When I was working, DEI training consisted of going into the office and doing a couple of modules. Didn't really brood on it after, maybe even learned a couple of things. Also did non DEI

My two cents, there is an education component but I don’t think is the most significant. They found a conduit with Trumpeta to express their twisted feelings of hate and resentment. The system has failed them in their mind no because their own decisions but the people that they don’t look like them
