Here is why I think the Pats could be a bottom 3 unit in pass pro: LT - Will Campbell is going to struggle probably bottom 5 LG - on the roster? Whoever going to struggle. C - Bradbury is bottom 5/10 in pass pro. RG - Onwenu declining? Coming off a down year. Moses - old and coming off down year.
I keep thinking that the brain trust has more or less decided who will start at LG and C, and all of the preseason shuffling is about getting a sense of what the others can and can't be counted on to do. I have a hard time believing that Bradbury and Brown are their guys. And yet.
Add in that both Ben Brown and Jared Wilson are ideally centers and are inexperienced as well.
There are mitigating factors. The defense should be better and help keep the game script favorable. They should run block well. The scheme and play calling will be excellent. The coaching should be good. They have an easy, bottom 3 schedule
