Got a recipe for you. Take 1 lb of 85/15 beef, a full egg and a yolk, some Italian seasoning, make a meatball, bake it for about 18 minutes, put pizza toppings of choice on top, stick under a broiler for 3ish minutes, take out and let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy.
