I struggled for a long time, as many do, to distinguish kitsch from baroque or sumptuousness. I'm still not good at it but generally trust my intuition: if I am drawn in and feel there is a lot to discover, it is quality. Like these designs for theater by Klimt, I think they are wonderful.
