It wouldn't even be impressive to make 12k agents as its likely 12 agents cloned 1000 times each. If you made an agent to be a financial analyst who makes charts and graphs(who would want to look at that output?), you would clone it. Not make 12k distinct agents, what would their differences be?
It means "McKinsey is planning to bill their clients as if each of those agents were an actual employee."
