I live south of Asheville and in the summers usually get by with only occasional air conditioning use, mostly just ceiling fans. This summer I have had the air on 90% of the time. 2 days ago we had 5" of rain in 3 hours. Next day, an earthquake. Waiting for the plague and pestilence.
