Everyone talks about how good the toilets in Japan are but never the tubs. The tubs are SO DEEP. I CAN ACTUALLY GET ALL OF MYSELF UNDER THE WATER. I LOVE THEM AND MISS THEM.

I mostly showered during my time but the tubs are quite nice. Though I always worry I’m gonna break something getting out. But what I miss most are the vending machines. Oh my god I miss those so much.

As a big tall human, I would love nothing more than a deeeeep ass tub. I never ever get to just soak in hot water and rest. Haven't since I was a teen over 20 years ago.

I second this as a fat human. One of my biggest regrets in life is not taking the most goddamn luxurious-ass bath when I had a clawfoot tub in my apartment during college. I didn't appreciate what I had then and it haunts me.

Every time I'd stay with my friend when she lived in Mishima, I adored the bathroom. Both the open shower, and the nice, deep bathtub I could actually soak in.

That is one of the top things I'm envious over from Japan. I'm a shower guy but I take a bath like once every 3 years and it just sucks. I'd cap off every day with a bath if they were as good as Japan's.

At 5'11" I love tubs that are long and deep. Sadly I'll need to remodel my bathroom to enjoy a deep soak.
