I have mostly grown out of being judgemental. I don't think he's a bad person. And I don't use that word unless I'm very vexed, because I was raised by a tribe of 1970s feminists who taught me not to.

He's a bad person. Absolutely drenched with hate, confusion and a baffling sense of self importance.

Maybe. But I wouldn't dismiss everything he says out of hand. Like I said, I long for some nuance. The debate has become far too polarised. I'd love intelligent debate rather than all this "pick a side" hatefest.
