She probably spent years being raped by him and figures he owes her. Being victim of a child rapist, esp a relative, esp a FATHER, is a rough road. You don’t just magically “get over it.” & how is she supposed to have even sought therapy or help? It doesn’t excuse her, b is something to consider.
