that's how i understood it working whenever i looked into it, some_identifier is the service id which points whatever is using atproto-proxy to the endpoint

No I think it's actually services in one place and service in another, and array in one and hash/object in another… because I had to implement reading this twice in DIDKit

Yeah, IIRC one is in DID doc (plc/web) and another in operations in the plc export or audit log… 🫠
