consider the acting method in order to properly digest the potion.. then consider many places still have a requirement that you "live as that gender" before receiving care.. and in some cases require SRS..

I can go back through and write this more coherently and maybe I should (but before I do I need more knowledge on the challenges trans people face in China) but, yeah, the Demoness sect is all trans women kinda fucked up to call them evil though, but they live in a fucking society I guess
