I’m terribly sorry for your loss. Such an adorable, faithful, sensitive companion, you gave her five wonderful, precious years. She loved you unconditionally, and such a love can’t die. She loves you still, and smiles to you from her butter like, sweet paradise.
Thank you. I really appreciate your kind words. She was a lovely girl, and she did love her butter. My 11 yr old has long believed in spirit dogs; that when your dog dies it's spirit stays with you, and so over the course of your life you slowly accrue a pack of spirit dogs. I like that thought.
