I disagree with you there (except for maybe Schiff), but I am of the opinion that if Newsom is doing so well where he is, why not leave him be? Why make him a Democratic Presidential candidate when he's owning the Republicans where he is, and leave leadership to those who will fight for everybody.

I think a lot of this Newsom praise is just related to our shallow, lazy media engaging in their standard simplistic reporting rather than actually working for a living. That being said, only one thing matters in politics - winning. We’ll see if any of this shit Dems are doing matters at some point.
