I just checked with my local CVS and Walgreens here in Kansas City's Waldo neighborhood at 75th and Wornall. The Walgreens has Pfizer and Moderna but does not plan to get Novavax. The CVS doesn't have anything, they may be coming in "a few weeks". No idea what ones they'll be getting.
