I think I will have ran over 1300 kms for this training block! (but keep in mind the majority is done at a very easy pace!)

Fitness and form graphs from intervals.icu, showing a steady work load rise while staying within the optimal training form range (except when I took a couple easy weeks). Fitness graph from runalyze.com, showing a steady rise of marathon shape as I increased weekly mileage and long runs. It's currently sitting at 90%, I don't think I will make it to 100% as I prefer to follow my training plan.
