i have astigmatism and white lights are the worst offender, bright white headlights just flashbang my peripherals to the point I am legit blind. Some of the idiots on the road don't turn off their brights either so it makes it even worse

I have astigmatism and it sucks with light sources. I had contacts for it, but had to switch to regular kinds due to other eye issues. But bright lights are so damn blinding. 😭 I genuinely have to sit in very shaded or dark areas just to see anymore. Lol

Astigmatism and migraines for me. I wear sunglasses at night these days when driving.
