the worst part is some method or implementation has a slightly different name from a version to another so even if there's documentation for something i need to find the correct symbol or whatever that it is for what i want

Argh, yes the small changes between each-and-every version... I remember watching some very good videos on how to program for a slightly different minor version changes and there amount of crawling the web I had to to do to even get it to work. Ah, the things I do just to make things gayer... 💫

I've seen this path before... People always start with minecraft mods, and then a month later you find yourself doing your 69th minecraft "horny" video... and then you can't look in the eyes of your fans, and feel ashamed, because the animation and effects are not as fluid as you want them to be...

Content like this missing from the vanilla is literally why Minecraft doesn’t hold much sway over me. I know it’d be a lot to ask for Minecraft to also be a colony sim like DF or Rimworld, but if the mobs just had a little bit more simulation going on, it’d be perfect.
