Back to "banned books" as a definition. There's lists of books that anything from a single library to national governments opt to say "no" those lists are honored by those who respect the source, but most of us know it's just a stupid list and go to another library or another country to get a book!

You're the one that doesn't know what it is. By your logic, just because a book isn't available EVERYWHERE it's banned. I can't find Silence of the Lambs or the Shining at my nephews school library, must mean they're banned.
