A little common sense might help you here. I was radicalized by growing up doing active shooter drills and watching law makers defend guns while banning books instead.
I think banning books is the least of our problems when kids are being slaughtered and traumatized.

There is no time that is acceptable to physically punish your child. You donāt hit them for trying to touch something hot. You keep hot things out of reach and nicely remove the child from dangerous situations and then explain to them why. Physical punishment is lazy parenting.
