I would not have thought a Penstemon would be a good choice for a container plant, but that one looks great. Especially this late in the summer.

Apparently they do pretty well. I have some P. Heterophyllus cultivars in another pot together with a Monardella. It’s an experiment, so we’ll see how it goes.
