One of my favorite plants. I have a lot of them and need to plant even more.

Which ones are you growing?
So many! Off the top of my head I have A. pungens and A. glandulosa var. ssp.crassifolia for local species and a bunch of selections and hybrids as well. Sunset, Paradise, Dr. Hurd, Sentinel, Ian Bush, and Howard McMinn are what I can remember.
Damn! You must have a lot of space to work with. That’s awesome!
Yeah, a fair amount! One of the benefits of living out in Lakeside.
Hoping to put a Manzanita in my front yard. I am thinking that it would be trained as a small tree with a single trunk or three trunks, but mostly to feature and show off the bark. Ideally it would be one who's mature height would be maintainable with a step stool at the most. Any suggestions?
