The sequencing doesn’t matter here. Them coming up at all is what eliminates the bad teams. Even if it’s the last two numbers.

And anyway the balls also go back in the machine. If they’ve been tampered with and forced to come up, how do they not just come up on every pull? How do the lower numbers come up at all?
