Going on a quick walk this morning before I start drawing for today. It’s getting dark earlier and that means I’m sleepy by like 7pm, so I need to get those sunbeams on my face more to combat the seasonal shift. Excited about drawing today, I’ve got some good stuff cooking!

Have you considered a sunlight/SAD therapy lamp for your secret inner lizard? These are things that can help and exist!
I've heard about those, and I'm thinking I'll look around for one this year. I never used to struggle with the seasonal shift, but the last two years have been rougher so I think it's time to make a change! I just hope they're not super expensive
