I recently was recommended a book about IFS by my EMDR therapist, regarding some of my high school aged trauma. I haven't delved in much yet, but it resonates with me a lot! The book is "No Bad Parts: Healing Trauma and Restoring Wholeness with the Internal Family Systems Model" by Richard Schwartz

I have found some podcasts with him in it. There's one called, "We can do hard things" and they have two episodes where they go over IFS. The first one is super good. Let me know if you want a link. I think I'm going to get that book.... thanks for sharing Mal 🩷
