It’s not a non sequiter. It’s another example of real gender discrimination, like you want to do. Women only got the right to have their own credit card 1 year AFTER roe v. wade. It could be overturned by people like you who want gender discrimination.
As for C - because after tons of studies there is a very limited window (<1 year) for trans women where there is an advantage in a VERY MINIMAL amount of sports, and that advantage is shared by cis women with certain hormonal profiles.
In other words, there’s *no scientific reason* to exclude trans women from sports - competitive or otherwise. It’s simply discriminatory. It doesn’t matter that people “feel” that trans women have an advantage, because feelings aren’t facts.
Just to be clear you’re saying you want “separate but equal” sports teams? When everyone is telling you that you are discriminating it’s because you’re saying stuff like “separate but equal”.
