Your geography in the EC can go from very favorable to extremely unfavorable by the slightest change in conditions. It's literally just the difference between 2020 where Biden had very favorable geography and 2024 where Harris did not. -OS

In 2020, Biden enjoyed about 3 or 4 different paths to victory and Trump had to walk a tightrope. That was reversed in 2024. -OS
