The petty crime rate in DC probably substantially dipped 15 years ago when we left. At the very least the Heritage Foundation stopped being pissed on at 3am. It was our public bathroom of choice between the Hawk n Dove and South Capitol Metro. -OS

I don't normally approve of urinating in public, but the Heritage Foundation is a toilet and DC needs public toilets.
