Politics comes after culture. Biological imperatives come before culture. And no, God does not precede any of it.

Politics shapes culture & culture shapes politics. Outcomes are real. Coercion is real. Systems aren’t void of culture but have measurable outcomes & coercion levels. Again, are you suggesting people change cultures?
