Grew up as a Jehovah’s Witness. Had to study the Bible so much I could’ve written the sequel. Now I know it better than most preachers — which is exactly why I can’t stomach it.

I get this. Sometimes I wonder if “normies” realize how easy their religion is compared to Witnesses, spending weekends knocking on doors, never really fitting in to the world around them. It’s a different level of intensity. I “ran away” from the truth at 15, so I missed the really crazy shit…
