Not in O so not in the know but IIRC 'twas things like coupling rods coming off. Part of that could b down 2 delivery as even G3 isn't immune to savage couriers but I'm sure they've got the range down 2 better finer art now. Yeah 3? Black 5s had early experimental BR colours, little recorded though.
