Tbh I think it might have been the army painters stuff as I’ve used both the same can of varnish and transfers with no issues
Well I first used army painter satin airbrush stuff as an undercoat but then I used Halfords spray satin after applying the lining and basically that’s when things went wrong

New o gauge fren, extremely pleased I managed to get this for the bargain price of £80, now the question remains as to what to do with it? I could make a “what if” br liveried model or I could use the chassis and other parts of the body to make a certain blue engine

It’s actually two greys 😁 the main base primer was a dark grey colour by army painter for air brushes and then a lighter grey rattle can was sprayed from above to create shading
Had a go at repainting the golden bear face as a way of getting practice, for a first timer I’m pretty pleased with myself 😁
Tbh all the o gauge Ellis Clark ones are pretty much identical, I just went with an unnumbered version to ease the painting process
