*sigh* unfortunately I know this one- the cans approved for sale as transport for in USA are required to have a nozzle fitting that prevents say- easy pouring on the ground/floor or splashing over an area. They've decided it's un- whatever too woke i guess

It's a pain to pour gas from these cans *without* spilling it generously, though. The spout is designed to minimize air pollution when not in use, but its layout makes it hard to actually pour. The old, more polluting and more hazardous spout worked just fine for pouring gas into your tank.

It's not that it's woke, it's just frustratingly poorly designed for one of the most common use cases.

i mean my car is new and has the automatic shutoff thing and that also doesn’t work very well but it’s just an absolutely absurd situation when the president is hammering on about some car feature you can turn off when the world is on fire from like 50 crises at once.
