so many times I said name a person you know ! One person not the “they are taking out jobs” but what job have you or someone you know lost …. Silence every time …

My experience too. Any time there is an ask for data, the converstion stops because it is all fear and hysteria from talking heads.

Yep, They don’t know anyone who has lost a job to an immigrant.Just Fox News scaring people who couldn’t buy groceries and house prices so high they needed to blame someone.So the billionaires said look here they are the reason.Don’t look at us. Also unless you are indigenous we are all immigrants.

Agree. The GOP has always been about fear & blame. I had someone tell me the indigenous in our country aren't "native" because they came across the Bering land mass so "they are immigrants too." Can't argue with evangelical ignorance.

My kids who are indigenous and one had a secretary at a public school tell her when she was wearing her tribes shirt “we are all American” and she celebrates “Columbus he was a great man”. To my indigenous child. My kid 9 at the time didn’t understand. Ignorance isn’t an excuse in 2025.
