Still risky. Burner SIMs aren't always easily obtainable, and who can certify the IMEI number is not on a list that the authorities can obtain? Everyone should ask themselves why they "need" a handheld addiction machine at the protest, weigh that against the risk, and accept any consequences. FAFO
