And what is Air Canada facing for not bargaining in good faith and screwing over their customers by not having enough customer service reps working to deal with flight changes or the fact their IT is failing by not notifying customers for cancelled flights and providing rebooking at no cost online?

Other than disaffected customers what punishments can apply. Yes i triedto call and was told to go to website .... where i got the attached message
