And they also seem to forget that even if we do lose, the fight and the battle and forcing him to go through the process harms trump overall. It is ALWAYS a good thing to fight, even if you think you are going to lose.

I love this attitude!
Plus they have had so many lawyers leave DOJ voluntarily or through RIFs, etc. that they are overworked, making errors & begging to change scheduling, which seems to displease judges. Every lawsuit filed vs admin piles it on. Making good trouble by pursuing justice & drowning them in paperwork.
Does it though? SCOTUS grants him emergency relief from injunctions and the depredations continue unhindered.
The 70% of cases they lost, they lost and SCOTUS did not step in.
Yet. SCOTUS has allowed them to continue their illegal actions with impunity. The fact a court has ruled against means little if they continue to act that action sans consequences.
SCOTUS hasn’t reviewed the over three hundred cases that have been brought against the regime. Don’t let the “news” media fool you into believing that trump is winning.
Yes it does. It forces them to make the effort, to make up some obviously bullshit reasoning, it wastes time, and it annoys him. Absolutely worth it to fight on everything.
Yes, but ultimately they have won. Again and again, SCOTUS delivers for them
Again, the point is make them fight. Make them go through the process. The more work they have to do, the more shady, incoherent rulings they put out, the more harm it does to trump and the GOP.
Don't misunderstood me, I'm fully supportive of fighting tooth and nail, but the unfortunate reality is that it doesn't amount to much when every party charged with oversight abdicates their responsibility.
