For *you*. Vance is incredibly charismatic and it's dangerous to ignore it. If you only listen to how he speaks and not what he's actually saying, he's very persuasive. Style over substance, as a Liverpudlian baker says, but that's what people gravitate towards.

Charismatic? For the Thiel crowd, sure, but during the campaign he was lucky to get 100 people to show up for an event when alone. I don’t think the MAGA base is as mesmerized by his style. Without that appeal to the poorly educated, would MAGA survive or is it truly a Trump cult?
