Bold of you to assume I give them any money. I disabled all of the monetization features in the browser. I don't use crypto, I opted out of the ads. And yes, there might be alternatives but they're not good ones. I've tried them. DuckDuckGo shows promise but it's not quite there yet.
I fought too long and hard to become my own person just to cave to someone else's opinion of what I should or shouldn't do. I'm not a blind follower. I read the facts, consider my own positions and values, and make the best decision based on the REALITY of the world, not the fantasy we wish for.
