Call 911, take the plate numbers, if they refuse to identify themselves - especially if someone says, "should we just grab her." If you see something (like an abduction), say something.

If they won't prove they are actual agents, call the cops and say masked armed men trying to rob the business. Don't care if they aren't actually robbing it. If police ask if they are ice, tell them they never said or refuse to show any ID showing they are
